SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Areas

Oplix NexGen Hospitality provides catering delivery services to approved schools, universities, healthcare facilities, corporate offices, government departments and event venues within designated service areas.

Delivery availability may vary based on location, event size and operational capacity.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times selected during the ordering process are estimates only.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Oplix NexGen Hospitality shall not be liable for delays resulting from:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather events
  • Venue access restrictions
  • Security procedures
  • Building access limitations
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Delivery Acceptance

Risk in the goods passes to the Customer upon delivery to:

  • Reception
  • Administration office
  • Designated contact person
  • Event organiser
  • Approved delivery location

Customers are responsible for ensuring an authorised person is available to receive the order.

Venue Access Requirements

Customers must provide accurate delivery instructions including:

  • Building access requirements
  • Parking restrictions
  • Security procedures
  • Loading dock access
  • Lift access
  • Room location

Additional delivery charges may apply where access requirements result in increased delivery times or additional labour.

Food Safety

Upon delivery, Customers are responsible for ensuring food is stored, handled and consumed in accordance with applicable food safety requirements.

Oplix NexGen Hospitality accepts no responsibility for food quality deterioration resulting from improper storage, delayed service or handling after delivery.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Event size
  • Delivery complexity

Orders above the published minimum delivery threshold may qualify for complimentary delivery within designated service zones.

Failed Deliveries

Where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, unavailable contacts or inaccessible venues, additional delivery charges may apply.

No refunds will be provided for failed deliveries caused by circumstances within the Customer's control.
